2020 Platinum UST-105GW Fully Automatic UV Coating Machine Feeder:  Automatic paper feeder with pile elevation and safety sensors  Non-stop feeding system  Sheet separating head with 4 sheet suction suckers and 2 suckers for move forward sheets.  Transport table with air suction and belts  Double sheet detector  Side lay system. Printing Unit:  Printing unit constructed with thick cast iron walls. Machined at high precision with a proven design for stable printing and high speed.  Pneumatic actuators for pressure of cylinders and anilox roller  Adjustable pressure mechanism between plate cylinder and impression cylinder and between anilox roll and plate cylinder.  Clamping system with angle adjustment for plate or blanket mounting.  Mechanical transmission of printing unit with automatic lubrication, pneumatic actuated clutch.  Coating system with anilox roller with close chamber system for internal feeding or vanish and two sets of cleaning knives.  Pump and circulation system of vanish with a diaphragm pneumatic pump. Transport Sheet Module and Dryer:  Extended delivery with transport belt with air suction to hold down the carton sheets and deliver them to drying section. It guarantees a very good flow out for a lay down and crystal clear curing of the UV vanish producing a very high gloss.  Inferior gate mechanism to bring samples sheets of the transport belt before the delivery, to exam the quality of printing. This prevents disruption of the pile in delivery section.  Infra-red drying system with two modules of 12 IR lamps(of 1 kw each) and each module (total 24kw) used to dry water base coating of blister or primer.  Reflector for each IR lamps, protection covers of IR dryer, with safety sensors and pneumatic actuated elevation of the dry hood.  UV drying system with 2 lamps of 15kw (Stepless power control)  Protection covers for the UV drying unit with high reflectance and iron wire protection of lamps. The covers have a pneumatic actuated elevator with safety sensors.  Air cooling and extraction of the lamps  Air turbines to extract zone and heat from drying section.  Parabolic reflectors of the UV lamps  Power cabinet with safety lock on power doors.  Protection system for excess temperature and cooling system for sheets on the delivery  Control console with a PLC system Automatic Sheet Pile Delivery System:  Sheet delivery system with automatic pile delivery  Air brake system for sheets on the delivery.  Side stops and lateral stops adjustable to the size of the sheet, with jogging mechanism  Automatic control of the pile level in the delivery.  Sheet gate to take samples sheets from transport belt and to act as a reservoir during the pile change at the delivery Reference #260011
